American Capital is located midway between downtown Los Angeles and downtown San Diego. Our Corporate office is at 41870 Kalmia St. #120, Murrieta, California. We have been partnering with companies and organizations from our current location for 15 years.
Our company was incorporated in 1983.
Our Corporation’s founding President envisioned a company on the cutting edge of ethical and quality debt collections in an industry then in need of forward looking executives.
