LTD, a 40 year company providing
integrated collection management systems since 1968. Our firm has
contracted with SourceCheck since 1976. They consistently offer us new
and creative programs for enhancing recoveries.
Through
SourceCheck’s Genesis system, we manage every aspect
of our collection effort, tailoring collection strategies through the use
of comprehensive management tools.
Genesis also provides integrated skip tracing and credit reporting enabling us to deliver on performance goals. Its auditing capabilities and financial forecasting provide state of the art methods to ensure that office collections are on track.

COMPUTER HARDWARE SUPPORT - SAS-70 CERTIFIED
The SourceCheck Genesis system is operated on an IBM mainframe Model 2086-130 Enterprise Server with a MVS Operating system IBM Z/OS Version 1.7. This IBM processor has 90 MIPS with 2,048 Gigabyte of Central Storage.

Credit Reporting Integration
Software integration enhances recoveries in the following ways:
- We credit report to Experian and handle disputes online for prompt problem resolution.
- Experian credit scoring is obtained through batching to accelerate recoveries.
- Experian “triggers” on debtor activity provide new addresses and employers on skips, and inform us that new accounts have been opened.
Predictive Dialer
America Capital uses the latest auto dialing technology to maximize recoveries.
Utilizing an auto dialer provides a proven solution for improving productivity and increasing payments. In using a dialer, our clients know the accounts are getting worked quickly and thoroughly.
Our hosted predictive dialing is handled by industry leader IAT. They provide
the latest in telephone call program analysis and automated voice and broadcast
systems.
While many firms simply utilize the dialer for small balances, we run all accounts through the system for optimum coverage and saturation.
Credit Scoring
American Capital scores the accounts for a rapid deployment of resources to the most collectable accounts.
This is accomplished in two ways:
- SourceCheck prioritizes each account within the collector’s que to work the best scores first. The scoring data is obtained from zip code experience on agency collections over 50 years.
- We also contract with Experian who provides scores on specific accounts based upon credit repayment histories.

Client Account Review Online
Clients have remote audit capability. If you subscribe to this program, a password will allow you into the Genesis System for a summary of your account activity online.
Consumer Payments Online
American Capital allows debtors to pay their accounts online.
